ISO 9001 Certification awarded to Eta Energy Solutions
Eta Energy Solutions, the oil and gas consultancy firm, has announced they have been awarded the ISO 9001: 2015 certification standard, following a recent audit.
The International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) 9001:2015 is the most updated standard of its kind and focuses on quality management systems and performance. It assists companies in developing a management system that aligns quality with their wider business strategy. There is a focus on risk-based thinking and accountability in all organizational processes that help improve communications, efficiency, and implementation of continuous improvement.
By achieving ISO 9001 certification, Eta Energy Solutions Ltd is able to demonstrate to customers and suppliers that the systems they have in place meet the high standards set out by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO).
To gain the ISO 9001 certification, Eta Energy Solutions had to demonstrate dedication and commitment to meeting their customers’ needs, operating efficient management processes, and delivering consistent, good-quality products and services.
After receiving confirmation of the certification, Eta Energy Solutions Managing Director Sodi Toby said, “We are delighted that our continued hard work has been recognized and we are excited to have this certification and feel it provides additional assurance to our customers that we are focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. It provides further proof that we are serious about service and quality delivery”.
Eta Energy Solutions obtained their certificate for ISO 9001 : 2015 through QMS International Ltd.
By implementing this internationally recognized standard, Eta Energy Solutions have shown that they are dedicated to the quality of their services and have a genuine customer focus.
Danielle Wood, who was the QMS Consultant who worked with the company, explained that Eta Energy Solutions “were enthusiastic and communicative, demonstrating their commitment to implementing the standard.”
The foundations of quality were there before the consultancy began and Danielle said that the company had “kept traceable and well-organized systems and showed a strong understanding of the need for continual improvement.”
Danielle was particularly impressed with the staff explaining that “Sodi Toby (the Managing Director) was particularly helpful during the process and will no doubt ensure continuing compliance.”
